I purchased bamboo blinds/window coverings from John about 5 years ago for all the windows in my condo. The products he sells are second to none. More importantly, his customer service never stops. A year and a half ago we called John because we were having an issue with a blind. John came right out to take a look. The manufacturer that we bought from was out of business, so John ordered from another company to replace the blind at no cost to me. The match was perfect. John stands behind all of his products and guaranteed what we purchased. Recently, I thought we had a problem with another blind so I texted John. He got right back to me and then asked for photos. I sent him the photos and he texted me right back with instructions for me to see if I could fix the problem. His instructions worked. I would HIGHLY recommend John and his company for all of your blind and drapery needs.

I called Maui Drapery and received a call back from John and set an appointment. We met with John and he showed us the materials that he suggested for our living room. We got them ordered and was suppose to have them installed on the 28th but to our surprise, they were ready on the 20th. I’d recommend this company as they are fast, pleasant with customers and efficient.

So fortunate to have found this company. We were looking to match the living room’s natural woven slider shades in the master bedroom which had something we didn’t care for. John, the owner, found a perfect match (from his Averte line). He arrived on time at our condo, took measurements, and gave us a very fair price on the spot. We also wanted the new shades to be black out, and we needed a new valence. Every piece arrived exactly on schedule and Gary, his installer, did a terrific job. Could not be happier with this A-plus company! Very nice people who know their business. Highest recommend.
